How to create leaders in your network marketing organisation?

Leadership is all about creating new leaders. When you want to have a movement going on in your team, you dream about other people doing activities that drives the business but you still have to do everything for your team you might feel discouraged. If that’s the case we want to help you. Why? Because we have been struggling with that for a looong time as well.
So here is the thing. There is a trap that many excited beginners get into. And this is the situation where you are so hungry for success you want to do everything for your team. You say something like: “Hey, just sign up and I will do everything for you, invite, present, close, train. Just be part of my team.”. Believe me or not but by doing so you are shooting in your foot. You become a perfect nanny for your little “babies” in the team. You kill the leadership in your team even before they think about stepping up.

Today I want to share with you the formula we use to have a leaders growth friendly environment.

It’s called Tell, Show, Watch and Go. Let me just quickly go through all of these steps.
Step number one: TELL. When you sign up new team member sit down with them, help them prepare the plan of action and explain what they need to do and how to do it. All beginners have no clue what they have to do in order to succeed in network marketing. This is your job to TELL this to them.
Step number two: SHOW. Simply telling what to do is not enough. Your best shot of creating more activity in your team is by showing people how it’s done. When you talked them through now walk them through. Let them see that actually what you just said works. This will help them to believe in the system you teach, plus they will feel they can do it too.
Step number three: WATCH. This is very important step from coaching and duplication perspective. When you explain what to do and shown them how to do it (doesn’t matter if it’s one on one, two on one, home or hotel meeting) now is the time for them to step up and take action. Your job is to watch them in action and if required to give them constructive feedback on what was done good and what needs an improvement.
Finally, step number four: GO. This is something I couldn’t understand for a long time. In my mind it was in contradiction with team work idea. Now I know I was completely wrong. Team work is not doing everything for your team. It’s actually doing everything WITH your team. It means each and every one of team members do the work. That’s how we create compound effect. So by GO I don’t mean leave them for good. What I mean is to leave them but be there is they need you. Your child is an adult now and know what and how to do. Now is the time for them to do the great job.
